Much of this industry hands out certificates backed by a multiple-choice quiz. Ours is twenty written questions, answered in your own words, marked by a person, with an 85% pass mark. That is the point of it.

The exam covers the difference between cosmetic and dental whitening, gel quantity and coverage, blanching, white spots, what the first fifteen-minute round does, how long results last, the shade guide, and how to care for a client with gum sensitivity. The final question asks why you should not rely solely on our recommendations: because a certified technician owns their own chair.
