Terms of sale.

Who we sell to

Brite Lounge is a business-to-business supplier. Products are sold to beauty professionals and businesses only, for professional use. We do not sell to the public.

Prices and tax

All prices are in Canadian dollars. Applicable sales tax is charged by destination province. GST/HST number 72044 0403 RT0001.

Payment

Payment is processed by Stripe. We accept payment by card at checkout, or by invoice for approved accounts. Orders ship after payment is received unless invoice terms have been agreed in writing.

Shipping

Shipping is quoted per order, calculated at checkout for account holders. The Brite Lite 6200 ships disassembled in its own carrying case and is always quoted individually.

Returns and issues

If an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, write to contact@britelounge.ca within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right. For hygiene reasons, opened consumables cannot be returned.

Warranty

The Brite Lite 6200 carries a lifetime warranty. Warranty claims are handled by email at contact@britelounge.ca.

Certification

The Teeth Whitening Certification is delivered asynchronously. Exam attempts are unlimited and free. The certification does not expire and lost certificates are reissued free of charge. Certification fees are refundable until course materials have been sent.

Professional responsibility

Products are supplied for use by trained professionals in accordance with the provided instructions and training. You are responsible for compliance with the regulations that apply to your own practice and jurisdiction.

Contact and governing law

The only contact channel is contact@britelounge.ca. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
