What we collect

We collect what you choose to give us: the details in a trade account application (business name, business number, practice type, your name, your email, and one proof document), the details in an order, and anything you write to us by email.

What we use it for

Reviewing your application, fulfilling your orders, issuing your certification, and answering your email. Nothing else. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go to Stripe directly and never touch our systems. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to the payment itself.

Cookies and tracking

The public pages of this site set no advertising or analytics cookies. Signing in to the ordering portal sets the cookie that keeps you signed in. That is what it is for, and that is all it does.

Where it lives, and how long

Account and order records are kept while your account is active and as long as tax law requires. Proof documents are used for verification and are not shared.

Your choices

Write to contact@britelounge.ca to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email is our only contact channel, and a person answers.
