The money

Thirteen clients. Then it is profit.

A Brite Lounge whitening session sells for $200 to $250. That is our price, in Vancouver as anywhere in Canada.

The sum, in three lines.

  1. 01

One client uses one Advanced Kit. The kit is $37.45.

  2. 02

At $200 a session, that hour leaves you $162.55.

  3. 03

The light is $1,999.00. $1,999 divided by $162.55 is thirteen clients.

Thirteen. Not counting tax or freight, and not counting the foam and the pen you sell on the way out. The light has a lifetime warranty, so there is never a second one to buy.

What a year looks like

You keep $162.55 an hour. Here is the year.

$16,905 Two clients a week

104 sessions. One on a Saturday morning and one on a slow Tuesday.

$33,810 Four clients a week

208 sessions. Less than one a day on the days you are already open.

$42,263 One a day, five days

260 sessions. One hour of a chair you already pay rent on.

$200 a session less the $37.45 kit is $162.55. Multiply by the sessions. Tax, freight and the light are not in these figures, and the light is paid off inside the first thirteen clients.

And on the way out

She buys the After Care Foam for $16.05 and sells it for $30. The After Care Pen costs $18.20 and sells for $35. Hand her both at the till and that is another $30.75 from the same hour, and she comes back sooner because the result lasts.

The City of Vancouver licences every beauty business in the city and publishes the list. For the 2026 licence year it has issued 1,540 Beauty Services licences inside Vancouver alone.

Statistics Canada counts 2,155 personal care businesses with staff in the Vancouver area. 1,109 of them have one to four people and 641 have five to nine. Most of those rooms are small, and the owner is the one who decides what goes on the menu.

By size, the Vancouver area breaks down like this: 1,109 rooms with one to four people, 641 with five to nine, 313 with ten to nineteen, and 92 with twenty or more. In Vancouver, 51% of them are four people or fewer. Across every trade, the Vancouver area has 121,423 businesses with staff, so about one in 56 is a hair, nail, skin or barber business.

Not one of them needs a dentist to whiten teeth, and most of them do not offer it. That is fifteen hundred rooms with a chair and a client already in it, and a service almost none of them have put on the menu.

What it takes

What it takes to start

In their own smiles

Results your clients will show off.

Laura’s laser studio went quiet every summer, until she added whitening and summer became whitening season.

“It’s honestly one of my favourite services to provide. It’s instant results, and all my clients are always so happy. Partnering with you opened up a door so I could expand, and I am just very grateful.”

Real clients, one session each, photographed as they happened. Six to sixteen shades is the range the Advanced Kit is rated for.

The whole Advanced treatment, start to finish. No sound needed, every step is captioned on screen.

The training

The training your team holds for life

Twelve lessons, online, free to read before you spend a dollar. Then twenty written questions, answered in your own words and marked by a person. Pass mark 85%. Attempts are unlimited and free, so nobody fails out. The certificate never expires and a lost one is reissued free.

$299 for the exam and the certificate. Two seats come free with every Brite Lite 6200, so your first two operators cost you nothing. Already own a system? New staff are trained free, and that stands.

Most of this trade hands out a multiple choice quiz. A certificate anybody can pass is not worth carrying into your own room.

What stops people

What usually stops people

"I have never done it."
Twelve lessons and two filmed treatments, start to finish. The same film your team is marked against.
"What if a client is sensitive?"
One supervised session in your chair, not fourteen nights of unsupervised trays at home. No gum barrier needed. Lesson nine is sensitivity.
"I am not a dentist."
You never diagnose and you never treat. Lesson one is where the line sits, and every client signs a consent form.
"What if it does not sell?"
A session is $200 to $250 for one hour in your chair. The demand is already there, booked with somebody else today.
"Who checks my room?"
Vancouver Coastal Health. Its environmental health officers inspect personal service establishments in Vancouver and post the reports online. Whitening sits in the room they already check.
"What if something goes wrong with an order?"
We fix it fast, and we tell you straight what happened. In their own words:

“Thank you for the quick response. I appreciate you taking care of this and arranging to send the replacement via overnight shipping.”

Philmar Garcia, Pro Beauty Group

“I appreciate your transparency and looking into it.”

"Am I allowed?"
Yes. British Columbia’s Ministry of Health lists "Teeth whitening (excluding dentist)" as a personal service, beside esthetics and tanning.

The BC Ministry of Health lists "Teeth whitening (excluding dentist)" as a personal service, beside esthetics and tanning. Your health authority inspects it the same way.

Small. 1,109 of the 2,155 personal care businesses with staff in the Vancouver area have four people or fewer. Only 92 have twenty or more. Statistics Canada, June 2026.

Do I need a licence?

Cosmetic whitening needs training, not a licence beyond that. Every client signs a consent form first.

How strong is the gel?

16% hydrogen peroxide in the Advanced Kit. The highest strength used in cosmetic whitening, and below the level that needs a gum barrier.
